Project Description:
Garfield Glen Housing Phase II provides 19 lease purchase townhouses to families in the Garfield neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. The units are arranged in two-, three-, and four- bedroom configurations, and are available to residents at 20%, 50%, and 60% of area median income. This is the second phase in a comprehensive plan for the residential and commercial revitalization of the neighborhood.
